1.- Are shipments insured? Yes, insurance is included in the cost of our shipping rates. Damaged Shipments Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Please refer to our Return Policy page for further information.
2.- Do you ship internationally? No, sorry MagicFantasyDecor does NOT ship outside of the United States of America. MagicFantasyDecor does not ship to foreign countries due to the long delivery times, huge shipping costs, duties, and international customs issues. We ship within the Continental United States using UPS Ground Service; (we can not ship to PO Boxes, no exceptions). .
3.- How do I get a tracking number for my order? Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped.
4.- Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, UPS/USPS requires a physical address and unfortunately does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
5.- How long does shipping take? The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 2-3 business days after you place your order. Please allow 7-14 days depending on your shipping destination’s zone. These times are estimates from the day you place your order. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays.
6.- Forms of Payment At MagicFantasyDecor: We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal. Cash and checks are not accepted. For your protection we do not retain your credit card information in our system.
RETURNS - REFUNDS Please send an EMAIL with your name, invoice number and item number BEFORE returning defective merchandise. Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged and returned within 8 days of receipt.
Skin-care or cosmetic items can not be returned. Shipping Damage is the responsibility of the Shipper/Carrier. Guarantees and Warranties: Please follow those instructions regarding returns. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack(s) must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Send original proof of purchase and original papers such as certificates etc., if included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (you the buyer). Refunds will be returned by check unless otherwise noted in my return email to you regarding your refund request. Sample items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are not refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee on NON-defective items.
